2. Exchanges

✅ Yes! We offer free size/color exchanges (subject to availability).

🔹 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and desired exchange details.

  2. We will provide a prepaid return label (for eligible exchanges).

  3. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.

🔹 If the new item is more expensive, you’ll only pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the balance.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

  2. We will arrange a free return & replacement (or refund if preferred).

  3. In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item for quality control.
